Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Cooling tower fan FRP fan blades saves and saves.

Why and Benefits:

Closest to design contour aerodynamic shape – not possible with cast or extruded aluminum blades – hollow FRP blades weigh 1/5 metal blades;

In addition ever remain stronger than cast metal blades of questionable quality and corrosion proneness.

Hence the motor power consumption reduces by 10‑15% and the blades last and last. Both save power costs 15% for all time to come and maintenance costs 80%.

Another valuable benefit is easy and quick fan blades availability at far lower costs from a local vendor for max cell availabilities.
