Mostly Allen bradley PLC use two softwares for Allen Bradley (AB) PLC Programming

Hello All Today I am teach you how to make new program in RS Logix-500 Software in Micro Logix-1200 PLC. First Double Click RS Logix-500 English Icon as show in below image.

Then New Window open RSlogix-500,Just Maximize the screen.

Now show Menu bar like that File, View, Comms, Tools, Window, Help; Just Click File.

After Click One Small Window open, Here we  Show you New, Open, Backup project , Print setup , Click In New.

After Click New Select processor type window open here user can select PLC model So As per PLC model enable all Memory and input-output rang , then press OK.

Now your ladder logic window open here user can make Any logic as per customer requirement.

Only see 000—(END), that’s means no ladder are create.

Just See Green area   that tool bar user set all element  put in ladder logic. First we take one new rung.

 

First we decided  logic . Here we make simple logic one NO Toggle Pushbutton and Output side  Motor, when button pressed output side Motor charge , Again pressed push button output discharge.

we take one new rung and one NO element  as a input device .

 

Now Output devise as a output side.

Now main thing how to take address my before post how to make allen bradley PLC address as per standard .here just see navigator menu   in navigator menu in data file all address are display here.

We take input coil so we go in input , click on input new window open select your input address .just drug and drop on element ,address tack automatically.

 

 

 

Same do in output side. Take address and drag and drop.

 

 

Now input side address and output side address is Ok.

 

 

Now save this project  click in save symbol new window open in this window put the project name and select the location. After saving the project.

RSS file create as your location which you select before.

 

 

 

 

Now your project is ready to Download in PLC. Before you download in PLC just compile the project show we know about any error if now error come then this project is ready to download in PLC. If any error show just show the rung number and solve it.
