EcoStruxure Machine Expert Basic formerly known as SoMachine Basic is a professional PLC software that aids in the developing configuring and commissioning of the entire machine in a single environment.
The Schneider PLC software includes logic, motor control, and related network automation functions. It integrates tested, validated, documented, and supported expert application libraries and project templates dedicated to many applications.
A simple configuration methodology speeds up design commissioning, installation, and troubleshooting. The supporting operating systems for this software are Windows 10, Windows 7, and Windows 8. You can also try it on Windows 11. It supports English and French languages.

How to Download EcoStruxure Machine Expert?
1) First, Go to the browser and search for EcoStruxure Machine Expert.
2) Click on the first option. i.e., the official website of Schneider Electric.
3) Click on the download button.
5) After downloading the PLC software, go to the downloads and click on Machine Expert Basic.
6) A popup will appear, click on open this file.
7) After opening, it will recommend to extract all files first. Then click on Extract All.
8) After extracting, select the language you want during the installation of PLC software and click OK.
9) Then, Click on the next option. Before accepting an agreement, we should read it carefully and then accept it.
10) Write your first name, last name, and company name.
11) Then click on next. It will show some release notes about this software, some safety information, product information, etc.
You can also print these releases by clicking the print option otherwise Click on next.
12) Click on install, then click on finish. It will automatically open the application.
How to Activate the Schneider PLC Software License?
1) Open the EcoStruxure Machine Expert.
2) Click on register now, it will redirect you to the user authentication where you have to register your email.
3) Type your email and then click Next.
4) Type your first name, last name, company name, business type, area of focus, industry segment, and address. Then click on Register.
5) Now, you will receive confirmation mail on your given email. Now, login with the same email address and click on Next.
6) Type the password and click on login.
7) It will activate the license. After successfully activating the license, click on finish and then OK.
In this way, you will be able to download EcoStruxure Machine Expert and activate the license key.
