Industrial automation is now moving towards home automation, building automation, and city automation.

WECON designed a smart spray system for improving the urban environment protection and creating a dustproof place using advanced automation systems.

Smart Spray System using PLC

This control system consists of high-pressure pumps to atomize the water from the nozzles and then the atomized particles will float in the surrounding air, merge with the dust particles in the air, and fall, so as to increase air humidity, and reduce the ambient temperature and dust.

Spray System using PLC

As an all-around smart monitoring system, the scheme realizes the dust suppression effect under various conditions through dust sensors, magnetic induction of loading vehicles, time control, etc.

Structure

The smart spray control system uses Wecon PLC and HMI to collect real-time data and upload the collected data to an online cloud server.

PLC and HMI with Cloud

The PLC stores data in real time. You can remotely check the on-site situation of various equipment through mobile phones and computers.

You can do real-time monitoring and control of applications.

Advantages

The following are the advantages of a PLC-based water spray system.

Remote debugging

If there are any issues with the control system then you can remote debug from your mobiles and laptops, and troubleshoot the online PLC program.

Multi-mode

You can configure different modes as per our needs like manual, automatic, time-based control, fixed cycle, external third-party control, zone-wise control, etc.

Big data analysis

The PLC monitors the equipment running time, water consumption, and electricity consumption in real time. We can analyze these data from remote access and optimize the system accordingly.

Smart Control

We can use advanced smart control to reduce the pollution in the surrounding environment by turning ON and OFF the respective spray systems automatically if the pollution values exceed the setpoint.

Customization

We can deploy the personalized alarm functions to warn the operators about starting or stopping the spray systems as per the required site environment.
