PLC Program to Control the Sequence of Conveyors - Online PLC Courses Free

In this lesson, we will write a ladder logic to control the sequence of three conveyors to move a box from one location to another using advanced PLC programming. When an operator presses an input push button then a robot places one box on the upper conveyor. Then the upper conveyor will be started and move the box to the middle conveyor. When the middle conveyor started then the upper conveyor must be stopped. Similarly, the middle conveyor moves the box and places it on the lower conveyor. Then lower conveyor moves and places the box into the storage collection unit. There are different sensors available on each conveyor. We can use them to control the conveyor sequence accordingly.
